The planetary gearbox is an important part of the wind turbine. There are many random uncertain factors in process design, production, installation, and use, these greatly influence service life reliability gearbox. Therefore, needs to be considered design reduce risk failure. In this paper, uncertainty optimization method based on evidence theory proposed, which can consider both interval variables process. Then megawatt turbine taken as research object analyze its sources. Finally, optimized by proposed method. By comparing results, scheme obtained paper more reliable.
